Thank you for visiting! For more than two decades, I’ve experienced real estate from several perspectives—as a Realtor, investor, general contractor, and developer. I’ve seen what’s possible, what gets in the way, and how much the right guidance can change the outcome.

Today, I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned in the trenches so that others can move their ideas forward. That work takes many forms: guiding local development cohorts, developing educational programs, contributing to zoning and regulation conversations, teaching from the stage, and working with owners through brokerage, consulting, advisory, and owner’s representation. Each action is rooted in the same purpose: to get better projects done and bring more people onto the playing field. I believe more people should have a meaningful role in shaping their communities, and I want my work to make that possible.
