AN INVESTOR’S INSTINCT.
A BUILDER’S EXPERIENCE.
AN ADVISOR’S PERSPECTIVE.

MEET TIFFANY

I started with
the investment.
I stayed for the impact.

My real estate career began as an investor and grew to encompass my work as a Realtor, general contractor, developer, advisor, and educator. Raised on Chicago’s South Side and now based in Durham, I bring the perspective of two distinct urban communities to that work. My experience keeps me attentive to more than what a property can become—it also raises questions about who benefits, who gets to participate, and how development shapes the people and places around it. Those questions travel with me as I build, advise, teach, and speak nationwide.

Before entering real estate, I worked as a software engineer in the financial services industry. My computer science and engineering background, together with an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler focused on Sustainable Enterprise and International Business, shaped the analytical, entrepreneurial, and long-term perspective I bring to development.

Travel has broadened that perspective. From intentionally designed small spaces in Japan to Moroccan riads that connect indoor and outdoor living, I’ve seen how thoughtful design can make even modest spaces more functional, meaningful, and connected to the people who use them. Those experiences continue to influence how I approach real estate, redevelopment, and the possibilities within existing places.

Consulting, teaching, and supporting local development cohorts allow me to share that experience while helping emerging developers turn ideas into actionable projects.
